Technical solutions with Tradical® hempcrete
Det ekologiskt huset andas med kungen av biobaserade material: certifierat hampakalk.
The construction of the hempcrete house was led by the Nordic Hemp building School in cooperation with Ecole National du Chanvre, specialist and experience builder with certified hempcrete constructions. Hempcrete was sprayed on a wood framework mainly from indoor to obtain a monolithic wall. The composition of the hempcrete is essential in order to ensure all the potential of the hempcrete and the safety of the building.That is why certification of the building materials is a prerequisite. Tradical has perfected the purest lime for hempcrete construction to improve at its best the hygro-thermal qualities of the building. For House of Hemp, it is the natural choice.

In this case footprint has been essential in the construction planning. Attentive to the reduction of the environmental impact and CO2 emission, the project was supported by different sustainable materials suppliers and builders mentioned down below.

Patrick Bengtsson is an interior designer and Caroline Mårtensson is an artist/professor focused on environment and climate issues. After maturing an eco-building process and plans, Patrick and Caroline tend to give another approach to today’s living space. Used as a workshop, test.site.steninge will focus on land use, construction technology, materials and cultivation.

Hampakalk är ett material som “andas”, det är en naturlig fuktspärr som är långsamt genomtränglig. Det är energieffektivt och kan nå Passivhusstandard, dessutom är det koldioxidnegativt, vilket innebär att det binder mer koldioxid när det växer än det krävs för att tillverka och bygga med det.
TRADICAL® THERMO – Formulerade Kalkebruk för certifierad hampakalk
Tradical® Thermo blandas med Chanvribat®-hinder (Granulat Chanvre Bâtiment-certifierat) och vatten för att producera Tradical® Hempcretes som kan appliceras manuellt eller mekaniskt. Tradical® Thermo är en klass FL A 3.5-formulerad kalk enligt standard NF EN 459.
TRADICAL® BÂTIR – Kalkebruk
Tradical® Bâtir blandas med aggregat (sand) och vatten för att producera traditionella murbruk för murverk och rendering. Tradical® Bâtir är en klass FL A 3.5 formulerad luftkalk enligt standarden NF EN 459
TRADICAL® PF80 – Kalkebruk

Chanvribat® används för att göra hygrotermiska gjutningar och isolerande betong med Tradical® Lime + Hemp Aggregate-blandningar som följer de franska professionella reglerna för konstruktion av hampcrete-strukturer.
